Tsipouro is a Greek alcoholic beverage produced from the leftovers of grapes, after their vinification. Eothinon is a tsipouro of limited quantity. It is subject to strict state controls and it is produced in accordance with the alcohol extracted from the producer’s vineyards. Originally clear and transparent, it acquires its deep and rich honey color by ripening in oak barrels. At the same time, it becomes softer and enriched through the oak wood’s characteristic aromas. The oak leaves crown we designed was imprinted with golden foil. Like most of the label elements, it captures the essence of its ripening and the rich body of the drink.

While the sun was setting, colouring the clouds rose in the sky, rose wine
reflexions coming out out of four glasses played the game of light and
shade on the white table cloth. Fresh roast trouts accompanied the first
tasting of new season wine of the Ampelou Chora by its four (4) founders.
In a strange and wonderful moment, one of them said the phrase, “This taste is
good enough for kings” and while all the rest agreed, a little of wine
spilled out of a glass and painted on the white table cloththe shape of a
fish. That magic instant was reproduced on the label naming the new
wine: 4 kings.

Theodosia

Theodosia is a Greek name of female gender, meaning God’s gift. As a brand name it endowes to the certain variety of wine the sense of a divine offer, presented to the human beings by Bacchus. Besides all these is the christian name of a young woman, owner of a wine producing company, who signes her special product by her name. On the label one can see, after the Greek letter theta, an ancient Greek fresco through the black colour of the label. All these references in the glorious past reflect to the quality of the old wine, produced by the local variety of red grapes, called xinomavro.

Synefo* (Cloud)

The climate of every place is mainly defined by the clouds, the rainfall and the sunlight, especially the micro-climate which is responsible for the fertility of the earth and therefore the quality of the wines that are produced in that land. The representation of these phenomena with simple symbols and clear colours creates an optical vocabulary which helps to identify five distinctive wines, bearing the name synefo (cloud). In the printing of the label we used metallic foils, emboss and uv varnich, elements that assign a smart character.
